Services Description

AI Sampark Card provides digital visiting card services, including but not limited to:

• Digital card creation and customization
• QR code generation and NFC card support
• Social media and contact integration
• Analytics and lead management tools
• Product catalog and gallery features
• Custom domain and branding options

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

User Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, or share on our platform. You agree not to:

• Post illegal, offensive, or harmful content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Share false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Use our services for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to hack or disrupt our services
• Impersonate any person or entity

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on AI Sampark Card, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and code, are the exclusive property of AI Sampark Card and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Reverse engineer or decompile our software or platform

You retain ownership of the content you create on our platform but grant us a license to display and distribute it as part of our services.

Payments and Subscriptions

• Authorize recurring payments for subscription plans
• Understand that fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you, if any, for the services in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Sampark Card, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you create or share on our platform

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

Prior to initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through informal negotiation for a period of 30 days.
